HOW TO ORDER

1. Check my commission types on Art
2. Send me a request on Contact
3. We will received an answer from my side to validate.
4. The payement must be done by Paypal or Revolut.
5. Once the payment is received, i'll start working.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you declare that you have already read and accepted my Terms of Service.

NOTE: By proceeding with any commission, you confirm that you are 18+. I won't work with minors under any circumstance, regardless of the type of art.

🔸PAYMENT🔸

• Prices are in EUR and payments via Paypal invoice or Revolut transfert.
• Full payment must be done before starting to work.
• Listed prices are not the final price. Serve to DM me for a quote. (Contact ways on footer)
• Once the commission and payment are confirmed, no refunds are allowed! Except in exceptional circumstances, and following discussion.
• Payments must be sent in one time. No split payments are allowed.

🔸REVISIONS🔸

NOTE: Keep in mind that I'm still practicing, then I could make mistake or be unable to provide the exact idea you were coming for. Be indulgent and stay open minded.

• Please be sure to bring a clear Idea of what you want me to draw/work with, this will ensure a quick feedback and a clear outcome.
• Since I'm still in training, please provide as much references as you can.
• Work-in-progress previews will be sent to the contact provided by the customer to ensure the commission is going as expected.
• It is expected to get a easy way to chat, either by telegram or email ideally.
• You are allowed of requesting for 3 small changes or 1 significant change on first sketch for free.
• Additional revisions/changes will be charged.
• Changes for previously approved stuff won't be accepted unless it is my mistake. If you insist, a fee will be added for every change.

🔸DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🔸

• Please be patient, it might take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.
• If deadline is required please say it while ordering.
• Keep in mind that I could not guarantee any deadline, but I will try to do my best.
• Work in progress are delivering by Telegram (or email if not) and final files are delivering via email (email address provided by customer).
• If a commission is paused for more than 8 weeks, whether due to waiting for reference materials or providing feedback, the commission will be automatically canceled and payments will not be refunded.

🔸INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS🔸

• Don't claim my artwork as yours.
• I retain full copyright in and to the Work, which arises automatically upon its creation under the laws of my country of residence, Ireland, as well as applicable international treaties, including the Berne Convention. In the event of any unauthorized use of my Work, including abroad, any infringement shall be prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the breach occurs, and I reserve the right to establish proof of priority and to pursue any necessary takedown procedures or legal remedies.
•If you upload any of my pieces to your socials, please add proper credit.
• Don't trace, edit, copy or sell my artwork.
• Don't request to remove my signature.
• My artwork shouldn't be turned into an NFT.
• My artwork shouldn't be edited, altered, or used in an unhealthy context.
• I reserve the rights of the artwork for self-promo.
• I will not provide any original editable (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files.
